Jet Ilaga

Jet brings in a solid 25 years of professional experience in both project development, construction and real estate management leadership for high valued clients of Colliers and has developed a pivotal role in turning around the REMS business unit into an industry market leader. He leads a team of 700 professionals in planning and  analyzing key business drivers for the effective management of real estate properties which covers high end LEED certified buildings, renowned resort developments, condominium and townships, premium retail and data center facilities, oil and gas depots for multinational clients. 

Prior to his stint with Colliers, Jet worked as Vice President for Property and Asset Management at Moldex Group of Companies where he was responsible for the property management of the company’s high-end projects and township developments. He also served as the Assistant Vice President of Filinvest Alabang Inc. focusing on service line for Property and Facilities management of the company's real estate portfolio.Jet also handled other executive positions for property development and project management with Pacific Ace Group of Companies in Hongkong, Philamlife Properties and Filinvest Alabang Inc. where he was instrumental in the success of various landmark projects in the Philippines. 

Currently, he is heading the Real Estate Management Services unit of both Property Management and Facilities Management Groups of Colliers International which recently upgraded its certification for ISO 9001:2015 version ensuring consistency in operations and processes for various properties including office, residential buildings, traditional & business process outsourcing office locators, luxury homes, telecommunications facilities and downstream oil & gas facilities. He has also instrumental in the recent 1M Incident Free Manhours without loss and incidents for the 6 terminal depot facilities operation of a major oil and gas player in the country. In his capacity as the Executive Director handling the day to day function of the business, he also completed his Executive Education for Real Estate Management Program at the Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts and Hospitality Facilities and Sustainable Hotel Management at the Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca New York. Prior to that, he was certified as a LEED Green Building Associate by the USGBC and is an advocate of green building initiatives for all its managed portfolio.  
 

Recent Award: ISO 9001:2015 certification by TUV Rheinland. 1M ManHours Incident Free operation for Chevron, 2017 Operational Excellence, 95.02% Best in CHESM Silver Award from Chevron Philippines for Facilities Management of their Six (6) oil and gas terminal depot.

In his stint with Colliers, Jet was able to scale up the number of new business wins of landmark projects nationwide, level up the service lines through ISO 9001:2008 certification (recently upgraded to 2015 version) and expand the business in massive growth since 2013. He was able to engaged new prominent clients for PM, FM and Property Development Consultancy services which include multinational clients from Cebu and Davao. To date, REMS is geared towards expansion in Visayas/Mindanao and the Northern Luzon sector where real estate growth is in record high despite the Covid19 pandemic challenges.
