James is a Business Ad Marketing graduate, a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Broker. With his previous experience from well-known Real Estate Company, James was able to handle different type of projects as a Valuer.

James has been with Colliers International for about four years doing complex valuation works and has been performing business development as well started 2019 up to present.
Education
James previously worked with BPI Family Savings Bank as a Loan Marketing Associate. This helped him gain knowledge about Real Estate Mortgages. Upon acquiring Licenses of Real Estate Broker and Appraiser, James has decided to join Pinnacle Real Estate Services Consultancy, Inc. where he got his early experience in Real Estate Valuation.
James graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Marketing from University of Santo Tomas in 2012.
