Concluded the Built To Suit transactions for Unilever’s Mega Distribution Center on a 17 hectare site, Convergys’ first office and HSBC’s first Shared Services Center in the Philippines. Built 140,000 square meters of office space and 800 residential units. Transacted over PhP 50 billion in asset values.
