Over the years, he has provided valuation for real estate porfolios, proposed reclamation projects, vast tract of land for townships and multi-sectoral projects, commercial development sites for low-rise to skyscraper structures, recurring income office, residential and retail buildings, budget, business and luxury hotels and resorts and industrial sites and warehouses.

At Colliers International Philippines, Harold oversees the real estate appraisal / valuation services rendered by CIVAS Philippines in adherence to the guidance of the Director and Head of Valuation.

In reclamation projects, Harold successfully took part in the pre-development stage by rendering relevant valuation services. The master planned proposed communities are strategically situated in Metro Manila.

Harold spearheaded most of the real estate portfolios valued by CIVAS Philippines including the 105 development projects of Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. located nationwide and the City of Firsts by Araneta Group situated in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

He was also involved in various valuations of en-bloc office buildings in major commercial business districts including the financial capital of the Philippines (Makati CBD).
