Donica Cuenca

Donica is a research analyst under the research department at Colliers. She is involved in conducting quarterly scans for residential, office, and retail sectors. She also updates market databases used in writing various quarterly reports released by the department. Donica also covers analysis of various real estate sectors.

Upon graduating from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños, she entered Colliers as a fresh graduate. She now continues to enhance and expand her knowledge on the different real estate sectors of the country by constantly studying the market and its trends.

Donica has also contributed to several reports released by Colliers under the research department namely the 2Q18 and 3Q18 property market reports on office, residential, hotel and retail, the radar report on the Metro Manila subway and its impact on land values, and a number of market intel’s.
