I joined Colliers in January 2016, bringing my diverse experience from working with real estate developers.  

iI have more than ten years of real estate experience in the Philippines. I have a strong background in project planning and the development of master-planned township developments.

I have a great understanding of real estate buyers’ expectations based on my experience from working at Landco Pacific Corporation and Federal Land. Through the years, I became more exposed to how real estate developers to plan, conceptualize and, expand their businesses by tapping on various real estate sectors in parallel to meeting internal company goals and values. In Business Development, I was involved with the operations and planning of mixed-use leisure residential and commercial developments in Batangas and Cavite.

In 2014, I moved to Federal Land as an Assistant Manager for Product Planning. My key role included project development and market research & analysis for the projects under my supervision. I was heavily involved in developing business concepts with the mid-senior to C-level executives. Prior to leaving, I was involved with investor relations activities for Federal Land in closing a joint venture partnership with a Japanese developer for a parcel within Veritown, Fort Bonifacio.

At Colliers International, we pride ourselves on the high quality of work that the Advisory Services team provides to all our clients. We collaborate with real estate industry experts within the company, locally and internationally, and use these resources to provide key market insights that our clients can apply with their businesses' decision-making. Our team actively monitors the real estate market through quarterly market scans of key markets in the Philippines for residential, office, retail and a periodical scan for specialized sectors like hotel and industrial .
