Ed Alegre is a real estate professional and executive with over 25 years of successful experience in diverse areas of the commercial real estate industry including, consultation, brokerage and appraisal. He has led projects and completed assignments both in the US and Latin America.

Graduated in Architecture in Argentina. 
Moved to Europe in 2003.  
Master in Construction Management in 2005 - Politecnico di Milano, Italy
Worked in CRE Project management for Cushman & Wakefield EMEA for 8 years.
Currently based in Buenos Aires,  heading Colliers International LATAM Project Management & Advisory  services for the region, counting with 10 teams and operating in 8 countries.

Juan is a seasoned International Real Estate Professional, able to craft real estate solutions, establish and maintain client relationships, present services to business executives, investors and developers and negotiate engagement details. He is considered an expert in property acquisition, dispositions, site selection, consulting and valuation.

His multilingual skills and multicultural background are instrumental in helping clients navigate a complex real estate international market. His decades of experience in the international commercial real estate arena help him bridge between Latin America and rest of the world, bringing  to the table new clients, best practices and strong relationships. 

Milagros has over  10 years of experience managing  and developing different types of projects,  among them the development of 28 ha of land in the south of Lima. Especializing in all the diferent sections of Project Development, among them financial & budget planning, comercial  planning & sales,  negotiations and budget control among others.
