- Coordinate the work of teams across Latam (service desk, infrastructure and IT Security), taking care of the assessment and identification of technological solutions, project planning and understanding of business and customer needs.
- Overseeing ITIL KPI, and customer SLA performance reporting to identify continuous improvement and optimization opportunities
- Make interface with Global Technology Team to understand their process and replicate to Local Technology.
