About Me
Denise has more than 15 years of experience as Country Manager and Managing Director in prestigious global commercial real estate companies in Panama. Throughout her career, she specialized in multinational corporate representation, consulting, management, marketing, and real estate sales in both Panama and the United States, where she first obtained her real estate license and actively participated in a real estate development team.
Having lived and worked in Florida and Panama, Denise brings her international real estate savvy to her team and combines it with her local perspective, which is invaluable to her clients in assessing future real estate trends and long-term value potential. In her real estate career, Denise has closed more than $300 million in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including managing the sale of two condominiums in Florida and commercial space and office buildings in Panama.
