Wes is a born and bred Central Otago local with a strong rural background. Having grown up on a sheep and beef farm in the Ida Valley, Wes has also farmed himself for over 20 years before starting his rural real estate career.

It is this farming background plus his 10 plus years of rural and lifestyle sales that ensures buyers and sellers alike are in a safe and knowledgeable pair of hands.

Wes is well connected and highly regarded in the Otago Region and is always committed to his clients – supporting them, providing solutions and positive outcomes, and continually assisting them in achieving their property goals.

Wes enjoys the vast array of recreational pursuits Central Otago has to offer particularly golf and biking, along with a keen interest in horse racing. He and his wife Mary are family orientated, supporting their grown children in New Zealand and abroad.

Ashley North began his career as a licensed real estate agent in July 2003 at a young age specialising in sales, promotion and marketing of residential properties through-out the Toowoomba region.

During this time, Ashley has honed his craft, undertaking specialist training in marketing and business management as well as becoming a licensed auctioneer.

Ashley's approach to his clients is upfront and direct, believing that it's better to give honest evidenced-based advice, rather than telling clients only what they want to hear.

With a rural background and extensive experience in the sale of land, unit developments, residential and lifestyle houses including rural properties, Ashley's passion for home design and architecture is only trumped by his love of being a Dad to his 2 boys.

Andrew joined Colliers as Executive Director, Research, Asia in February 2016. He is responsible for directing research output by over 40 staff across the regional offices, and is committed to delivering strategic, rigorous and actionable research to help Colliers' clients and business professionals make key commercial decisions..

Andrew has 30 years of experience – including 18 years in Asia – in property, equity and strategic research. He has worked with large investment banks including HSBC and Nomura around the world, and has covered numerous industrial and service sectors including real estate. He is skilled in rigorous, strategic analysis of regional and global trends and has deep expertise in accounting, financial forecasting and corporate valuation. Andrew has built and led successful teams in Asia, the Middle East and Europe, and has extensive experience of serving senior institutional clients around the world. He speaks English, Japanese and French.

Sandeep joined Colliers International as a Valuer in the Valuation and Advisory team based in Hamilton, NZ following over eight years of property work experience in Fiji.

Sandeep worked in residential and commercial valuations, and occasionally hotel valuations, with Rolle Associates. He was also involved in the wider property industry, teaching Property Valuation units at the University of the South Pacific and holding senior positions with the Fiji Institute of Valuers.

Sandeep holds a Masters degree in Commerce from the University of the South Pacific, and a Bachelor of Property and Commerce from the University of Auckland. He is a Registered Valuer in Fiji and is a RICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor, the first candidate from Fiji to complete the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Sandeep is a sports fan and played a key role in the establishment of the Suva Marathon Club. In his spare time, he enjoys watching cricket and rugby.
