In 1993 Peter returned to New Zealand from the United Kingdom with several years’ experience in property management and development. During this time, he worked for Vanson Developments (Richard Branson´s property development company) for two years, and in investment and management for Fuller Peiser (Rolls Royce and Vickers Pension Funds). Upon his return to New Zealand, Peter joined Colliers International (NZ) Limited, where he has been ever since.

Peter now leads the Colliers International Capital Markets division, based in the Auckland CBD. The team is proud to have established a new approach to collaborative working within their division, a first the New Zealand marketplace.

Hannah Stark

PR & Communications Advisor

Hannah is the communications specialist in the marketing team focused on creating content to promote Colliers International's business as well as research and property campaigns. Hannah also manages Colliers' social media campaigns. 

Prior to joining Colliers International in 2017, Hannah was based in London where she worked  for a  national UK Charity, managing  the communications for a  new volunteering project.

Viv Collier

Administration & Compliance Manager

Wellington (Agency2)

Viv joined Colliers (as Colliers International) in August 2018. 

Viv is the Administration and Compliance Manager at Colliers Wellington, Agency division.  

She has a background in Property (including aspects of property valuation, management and compliance). Viv has held various roles both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom including finance, business and systems analysis and facilities management.

At Colliers, Viv is the AML Compliance Officer as it relates to the AML/CFT Legislation.  Viv implemented the AML compliance system, processes and procedures for the Wellington Agency office.

As Compliance Manager, Viv oversees the Company’s REA Compliance requirements in collaboration with the Supervising Agent and Company Directors.

As Administration Manager, Viv provides leadership and workflow guidance to the Administration Team.

Viv also acts as a General Manager for many aspects of Business Operations across the wider Colliers Group

Andrew Holland

Property Manager

Andrew started with Colliers in 2015, having previously held a similar role at Ray White Commercial Cairns, Andrew’s experience in facilities management his logical approach to problem solving is highly valued by our landlord’s.           

With over 25 years prior experience in banking, including area management roles in North Queensland and Northern Territory, Andrew understands the needs of a wide range of businesses and has an exceptional ability to work with tenants and contractors on all levels and in all industries.

With his business and banking background, he understands the importance of maintaining the value of real estate assets.   Within the Colliers team Andrew focusses on ensuring our landlords’ assets are kept in optimal condition and being maintained to a high standard in a cost effective manner.
