Sandeep joined Colliers International as a Valuer in the Valuation and Advisory team based in Hamilton, NZ following over eight years of property work experience in Fiji.

Sandeep worked in residential and commercial valuations, and occasionally hotel valuations, with Rolle Associates. He was also involved in the wider property industry, teaching Property Valuation units at the University of the South Pacific and holding senior positions with the Fiji Institute of Valuers.

Sandeep holds a Masters degree in Commerce from the University of the South Pacific, and a Bachelor of Property and Commerce from the University of Auckland. He is a Registered Valuer in Fiji and is a RICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor, the first candidate from Fiji to complete the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Sandeep is a sports fan and played a key role in the establishment of the Suva Marathon Club. In his spare time, he enjoys watching cricket and rugby.

Relationships are everything in real estate, and Vera’s wide networks, ability to connect with people and a customer-centric approach help position her vendors’ properties for success. Prioritising honesty in both life and business, she believes in clear and friendly communication at all times. A self-confessed ‘people person’, spending time understanding a client’s priorities is a key part of Vera’s approach and provides buyers and sellers with a high level of comfort in the process.

Working in an industry that demands organisation, Vera brings clarity to every touchpoint in a property transaction. Experienced in property investment and development, her finely-tuned eye for detail combines with design flair to add value to the sales process.

A born and bred Queenstowner, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her family.
