Michelle worked in the Valuation & Advisory Services sector as Valuations Administrator for 8 years before joining Colliers International in July 2019.
I have been with Colliers for the past 8 years working in the REM Accounts Department in Christchurch. During this time I have mainly worked with retail clients including PSPIB, AMP, Tinline, Lyttelton Port Company and TGH. Scott is responsible for management of the Christchurch commercial valuation office and forms part of the Senior Leadership Team for the national valuation business.
Scott’s depth of experience in the property market extends over 20 years with broad expertise in industrial, office, retail and specialised use properties such as cold stores, food manufacturing and medical facilities.
Scott is an accepted Panel Valuer for all major NZ banking institutions.
Advice offered by Scott includes, sale & acquisition due diligence, valuations for mortgage security and financial reporting, rental reviews and subsequent arbitration / dispute resolutions, replacement insurance valuations with vast experience in pre-loss market indemnity scenarios and general property consultancy.
Additional experience includes expert witness roles before the High Court, the Environment Court and the Independent Hearings Panel on matters regarding the Christchurch Replacement District Plan.
For the last 20 years I have worked in various accounts departments from small to large turnover companies in both UK and NZ covering a wide range of industries.
