Specialising in the industrial market as a sales and leasing broker, James took the opportunity to join the most well recognised and awarded industrial brokerage team in Auckland, based at Highbrook, East Tamaki. He has proven very quickly to be an integral and valuable member of this dynamic team. James’s specific focus is on Penrose, Mt Wellington, Otahuhu and Onehunga, where he covers a wide range of sales and leasing transactions with properties that vary in size and value.
James completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance and Accounting at Otago University and in his final year, also undertook his Real Estate licence. Without a doubt, his true passion and ambition was realised when he chose a career in property as an industrial broker with Colliers.

Since starting brokerage in 2020, James has been involved in over 200 transactions both sales and leasing and has many satisfied clients with the results they have acheived.
In 2021 James won the Colliers New Zealand Rookie of the year which was presented on most transactions and revenue within first year of brokerage.
In 2022 James was awarded Colliers MVP (Most Valuable Player) for exceptional transactions performance and exceeding targets.

Graduating with a B.Sc in Physics I moved into newspaper advertising sales and finished up running Christchurch's largest circulating free newspaper. I have now guided The Hub through several small expansions with the current Mall expansion seeing a $50M investment from the owners.

Rob has over 28 years commercial property experience specialising in Office Leasing, Commercial Property, Financial Analysis and Valuation. He is the National Director of Commercial Leasing. In a prior role he was responsible for the National Property Management business. His current focus covers Office Leasing and Tenant Representation nationwide, particualrly in the Auckland CBD. Prior to working for Colliers, Rob held positions in Wellington and Auckland with a major international fund manager. His roles included work in property valuation, leasing, purchase and sales.
With over 16 years’ experience in Auckland’s commercial property industry – over a decade of which has based at Colliers International – Eileena has worked as a valuer, commercial property manager and a commercial office leasing broker.
Now an office leasing broker concentrating on Auckland – specifically the CBD and city fringe areas – Eileena has concluded leases with a range of organisations, including the likes of Auckland City Council, Meridian Energy, Mitsubishi, Nib, Ministry of Education, Pulse Utilities and Marketing Association.
