One of Queenstown’s most experienced property professionals, Barry Robertson’s career spans more than four decades. His knowledge and insight cover a wealth of markets and economic scenarios, allowing him to deliver to clients an unrivalled understanding of market dynamics.

Based in Queenstown since 1985 and working in both valuation and brokerage, Barry specialises in tourism properties, bringing together deals ranging from motels to 200+ room hotels and golf courses. Lisa is a commercially-aware marketing professional with exceptional analytical and organisational skills; self-driven with the ability to make sound business decisions and envision marketing activity within a macro property environment.

She has worked in London within the professional membership industry, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Royal Institute of British Architects.

Since starting at Colliers in 2019, she has managed and executed marketing for multiple residential projects and managed in-house publications for Investment Sales and Office Leasing. She provided nationwide support for several programs and platforms including Hubspot and Brandcast. She created a standalone Colliers Marketing website to allow easy access to tools and guides for  EAs and brokers around the country.

Lisa now leads the commercial marketing team, providing specialised support across the business. She and her team work alongside the Investment Sales, Office Leasing, Retail Leasing, and Capital Markets brokerage teams and supports professional services such as REM and Corporate Solutions. She focuses on enabling the commercial service lines to maximise their use of platforms and add value for the client, whilst upskilling them in marketing best practices. The commercial marketing team also act as a bridge between the wider marketing team and the rest of the company, promoting marketing services to internal property professionals and in return, providing feedback to the marketing team.
