I have been involved in sales and marketing for over twenty five years, mainly in the consumer durabables sector. Having held sales and marketing management positions in both large and small sized companies. I have also spent a significant time as a self employed sales agent offering my services to smaller sized enterprises. Over the last twelve years, eight of which has been with Colliers, I have transferred these skills into the property market working on residential project developments such as The Foundry, Albany; Springpark, Mt Wellington; Botanica, Mt Eden; Miro, Mt Eden; Botanica Heritage, Mt Eden, Fabric, Onehunga;   Fraser Avenue, Northcote; Crown Lyn Yards, New Lynn; Light Box, & Elementum, Long Bay. Currently I am working  Symphony 303, Epsom a smaller botique development of 43 apartments in the heart of Epsom. I have been involved in or directly responsible for over $300 million in residential project sales in the time that I have been in this industry.

Geoff has established a reputation as one of the top of the souths leading commercial brokers over the last 6 years. Prior to his move into commercial property, Geoff had a successful expatriate career, as a Senior Marketing Manager and Executive Director, in the fast moving consumer goods category and GSM network providers across South East Asia, Australia and Africa.

Investment sales, commercial leasing and hospitality properties are Geoff’s area of focus and expertise, with a string of successful campaigns mounted through 2015, including significant sales in Richmond and CBD Nelson

Commercial leasing is a core service for both landlord and tenants, and Geoff has successfully negotiated leases across all commercial retail and industrial spheres.

Acquisition projects are a strategic area of focus for high net worth individuals and growth orientated institutions. Geoff has successfully completed a mix of high value and strategic acquisition projects.

I started at Colleirs after finishing University in 2018. My first  role was working on behalf of NZTA as a Property Manager. I worked in this role for about a year. I am now working as the Facilities Manager on behalf of the Ministry of Education.
