Dunedin’s dynamic commercial and industrial sphere underpins significant growth in the Southern city, and the Colliers valuation team are at the heart of it. Operating as a valuer, Sam’s a graduate of Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Land and Property Management specialising in Urban Valuation and Majored in Finance.

His work sees him assisting in the preparation of valuations and consultancy advice to maintain and develop the company’s established relationships. Sam’s ambition and drive see him working towards becoming a Registered Valuer, refining his skillset as his experience expands.

Paul is a hugely effective and highly experienced corporate Office Leasing Director. Paul has won multiple Asia Pacific and New Zealand awards at Colliers and is a previous overall winner of the NZ REINZ Commercial Salesperson of the Year.

Paul has specialised in corporate office relocations and retentions for over thirty years in both his home city of Wellington and Auckland, all with Colliers. Prior to joining Colliers, Paul spent ten years in the NZ Police specialising in serious crime investigation.

Paul captained the NZ Men’s Water Polo team for many years playing in two world championships and two Olympic Qualifying Championships.   Paul also played for the Queensland State Mens Water Polo team.
