Colliers International has opened a new Rural Property Valuation and Advisory office in Invercargill, led by registered valuer Kate Day.
Having spent over four years at Colliers' Christchurch Rural and Agribusiness Valuation office, Day will now focus her energies at improving our offering in the Southland and Otago area.
Chris Boyd, Executive Director of Rural and Agribusiness Valuation and Advisory at Colliers in New Zealand is thrilled to have expanded services to Invercargill.
"Kate's new appointment reinforces our commitment to deliver quality services to the region. We are now better positioned to expand our client base among local farmers and investors with interests in the agribusiness sector.
“Working in a close proximity to our existing clients in the area, Kate will be able to develop much closer relationship with them and offer much more personalised service from our team.”
In the past few years Kate has completed a significant body of valuation work in dairy, sheep and beef, and horticultural industries, valuing properties and portfolios of different scale and complexity in the region.
“I have been working with Kate since she joined the business and she has accumulated extensive experience in the region over the last four years. She is well prepared to be successful in her new role and provide exceptional service to our clients”, notes Ed Percy, Director at Colliers Rural Valuation division.
Day will be happy to meet new and existing clients and professional service providers from the area in the coming weeks, so please do get in touch with her for an informal chat or any enquiry about the rural property market in Southland, Otago and beyond.
