Specialising in commercial and industrial property since 2006, Dean’s local knowledge gives him an exclusive insight to one of New Zealand’s most tightly-held property markets and allows him to advocate on behalf of local and national clients for commercial and industrial properties of any size.

Following his studies at the University of Otago, Dean worked with an international property advisory company (DTZ), before joining the Colliers International team as a shareholder in 2009. From there he became an associate director of Colliers International in 2014, and then a Director in 2017.

In addition to his work at Colliers he is a committee member for the Property Council of New Zealand Otago chapter.

Having grown up locally, his familiarity with the region has enabled him to cultivate strong connections throughout the Otago and Southland regions that facilitate his ability to meet his clients’ respective needs. His areas of specialisation include sales and leasing of commercial, industrial and retail property, as well as developmental land sales.

As a broker he is results driven, with a track record to back it up, while the dynamism and enthusiasm he brings to his role have seen him quickly rise to become a leader in the regions property market. An avid outdoorsman, in his spare time Dean is a regular skier and mountain-biker.

Matt’s inception into real estate started in 2011 when he was was tasked with introducing the Colliers brand into the residential investment market in Dunedin. With 20 years of business and commercial management experience, Matt quickly developed a reputation in the real estate sector for a very high level of quality and professionalism and introduced a residential investment selling strategy that still exceeds buyers’ and clients’ expectations.

He is trusted by clients nationwide and abroad to deliver a smooth sales process leading to record sales, and his local knowledge and understanding of the market is called upon by an array of stakeholders throughout the investment property sector. Matt now leads the residential investment team in Dunedin and continues to command the respect of his peers and the investment community.

With a drive to create a cohesive, lucrative and straightforward process for commercial property clients, Tyler’s passion for the industry is clear at every touchpoint. Originally from a rural background, his appreciation for the land has given him a unique perspective and ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.

Leading from the front, Joe Chapman’s breadth of experience and acumen in the industrial and commercial space enable him to steer the company’s Dunedin valuation team and add tangible value to Colliers clients. An Otago native, Joe has a deep understanding of the factors underpinning the Otago property market, creating an approach that’s driven by genuine knowledge and insight.   

Joining Chapman Consultancy in 2009 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce Degree specialising in Valuation and Property Management, he had the unique opportunity of working alongside experienced valuers on a diverse range of assignments. Chapman Consultancy merged with Colliers in 2018, and now Colliers has offices in Wānaka, Queenstown and Dunedin.

Specialising in property consultancy and research, Joe operates actively in the commercial, industrial and retail sectors. Working on projects including public works act valuation work, institutional valuations and subdivisions, Joe is also experienced in large scale retail and industrial assignments.

Joe has community involvement with Cycling Otago where he is the President, is the Treasurer of the Otago Branch of the Property Institute of New Zealand and a member of the Institute of Directors.
