About Me
Tony joined Colliers International as senior property manager for the Auckland Property Management Division in 1996. From National Manager of Property Management 2000-2004, Tony joined the Commercial Sales team in 2004.
He specialises in investment sales in the Auckland CBD and fringe works closely with private clients and corporates alike. He has expertise in selling add value properties and development sites.
Tony has successfully effected sales of over $1 Billion, mainly on behalf of large corporates.
Leasing up and commercial advisor to Auckland City Council for the historic Britomart project.
Commercial property consultancy to clients including Kiwi Income Property Trust, Deutsche Bank, EMI, Telecom, ASB and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Overall responsibility for Colliers’ property management business nationally 2000-2004.
NZ Account Manager for TYCO Int. (15 years) and national portfolio reorganization.
Establishment and rollout of ISO9000 Quality System for Colliers International
New Zealand Property Council and Property Institute special interest group representative.
CI National Account Manager award 2001.

Tony has more than 30 years’ experience in property, including two and a half years at Post Office headquarters in Wellington and five years at Knight Frank (NZ) Limited. He has extensive knowledge of the Auckland market and has been involved in management, buyer’s representative, consultancy, lease rationalization, reinstatement (make-good) advocacy, operating expenses and bed-down of new developments.
