About Me
A track record of successful lease negotiations and investment sales has positioned Tim Thomas as one of Queenstown’s most recognisable commercial brokers. Active in the business community, Tim’s background as a valuer has given him valuable insight into the economic factors underpinning property success in the resort.
Working within the Colliers commercial and industrial sales and leasing team, he’s been instrumental in the successful sell-down and leasing of key industrial projects in Queenstown. Committed to delivering a quality customer experience, Tim takes a comprehensive, hands-on approach to the marketing and sale of client assets.
Tim has a BCom from the University of Otago and a post-graduate diploma in valuation from Lincoln University.
