Simon Tremain

Simon Tremain is a Director of Colliers International Hawke’s Bay and a well-known public figure in the Hawke’s Bay and wider community. .

A successful business owner of residential real estate company, Tremain Real Estate, Simon started the Colliers International Hawke’s Bay franchise in 2004 and has overseen its growth to become the top commercial agency, with over 80% market share, in the Hawke’s Bay region. 

Simon works closely alongside the Colliers brokers and with a background in finance and sales, has over 23 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate and development. 

He is married with four young children and is actively involved in the community through sports events and regular charitable auctions. A keen rugby supporter, Simon sits on the board of the Hawke's Bay Rugby Union and the New Zealand Rugby Foundation and has a strong network of personal and business contacts across the country.
 

I believe personal and professional accomplishments are different for differnet people - I have a passion for doing everything I do 100% - this makes me feel satisfied with my life.
