Samantha has experience in valuation of retirement villages and aged care facilities located throughout New Zealand since joining Colliers in 2009, and has sound working knowledge of the industry and of the profitability and values pertaining to Care Facilities and Retirement Villages, and the details of sales of these facilities. Samantha is actively involved on a daily basis in valuations of these specialist business/property entities for mortgage security, sale/acquisition and general valuation purposes.
