Russell has been in property valuation since 2000 predominately based in Auckland, this gives him over 20 years experence in the valuation of property.
Russell joined Colliers in 2009 and is a Senior Director of the Auckland Valuations and Advisory services. This followed 10 years in the at DTZ and Darroch where he was a shareholder in the company . Russell has experience in a wide range of property classes, however his focus in the last 15 years has primarily been providing valuation and consultancy advice in the industrial and suburban commercial sector, along with development land in the suburban commercial and industrial sector. Russell has also gained experience and valued major portfolios, bulk retail, suburban office along with specialised industrial properties including coolstore facilities, and manufacturing plants, major distribution and logistics complexes, and development land.
