Rory has over 25 years’ commercial property experience, the last 18 of which have been in the Queenstown, Wānaka and Southland areas..
Rory is a shareholder of Otago Realty (NZ) Ltd (a member of Colliers Group), an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, and a previously Registered Valuer.
Brokered the sale of a 60% stake in a circa $96m prime Queenstown commercial property portfolio - June 2011
Involved in selling a majority share in Queenstown's largest commercial portfolio sale, in excess of $100m.
Involved in brokerage of various commercial property syndications in excess of $130m in the last two years.
