Nicola Dolan

Nicola has wide ranging experience in all aspects of Retail Property Management having managed shopping centres throughout NZ over her 20-year career. 

She has held a number of Property Management positions in the South Island for listed property funds and private companies including Fisher Funds, AMP, ACC, Oyster Property Group, JLL and HG Livingstone.

Prior to joining Colliers, she was employed by AMP as Centre Manager at Merivale Mall where her role involved all aspects of property management including centre marketing, budgeting, monthly and quarterly reporting, centre operations along with annual business, capital and asset planning.  She was an integral part of the team that delivered an 18-month refurbishment that included 3 new entranceways, re-flooring, pushing out lease lines, new tenant fitouts and a new amenities block whilst the centre continued to trade.  Having a dual role as Marketing Manager/Centre Manager she was also responsible for creating and implementing the new look brand and relaunching the centre into the Christchurch market.
