About Me
Milton joined Colliers (Wellington Valuation) as a Director in August 2011 and is currently National Director, Health and Retirement Living. His main focus is valuations in the aged care sector.
Milton became a Registered Valuer in 1987 and is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand. Over the years he has served on several Institute committees and panels and has given evidence at a number of hearings.
