About Me
Mark has 36 years experience in valuation and property advisory, working in both the government and private sectors of the property valuation profession. Mark has experience in a wide range of property classes advising on development proposals, undertaking feasibilty analysis and prepartion of Due Dillegence reports for acqusition or disposal. Marks valuation experience extends to Capital Valuations for audit and peer reviews for a number of the leading banks, financial and lending intitutions. Mark has advised clients on acquistions, disposals, rental and ground lease reviews, as well as presenting evidence in tribunal and arbitration hearings.
Mark joined Colliers in 2009 and is a Senior Director of the Auckland Valuations and Advisory services for Colliers. Mark has 36 years of experience in the valuation and property profession and was formally a Principle and Director of DTZ New Zealand and the National Valuation and consultancy Manager.
