Specialising in the leasing and sale of industrial property, James joined Colliers Otago having previously plied his trade in the Colliers Investment Sales team based out of the Highbrook office in Auckland.
Bringing extensive national & international networks and a wealth of experience to the role, he’s able to offer clients insight into the wider industrial market and create connections across the country. Targeting premium results for vendors, tenants, landlords and purchasers, James operates through the wider Otago region, with a focus on Queenstown.
As a University of Otago alumni, James enjoys the many benefits of the region, choosing to move full-time to the Southern-Lakes District in 2021. An ex-professional sportsman, his competitive edge drives success for his clients. Outside of work, James can often be found on the area’s renowned golf courses or planning his next adventure abroad.
