Working for Colliers International since 2016, Barry specialises in residential valuations and is an integral part of the team. His fresh approach, quick mind and comprehension of statistics have helped to position Colliers as leaders in this vital market sector.
Fully qualified as a registered valuer, Barry brings a thriving passion for property to the role. He’s the Chairman of the Central Otago Branch of the Property Institute of New Zealand and has a Bachelor of Science in Auctioneering, valuations and estate agency. Originating from Ireland, Barry’s made New Zealand home since 2011 and enjoys spending weekends with his family.
