About Me
Andrew’s experience has focused largely on the Wellington CBD. He initially worked for the Housing Corporation in Christchurch for 12 months before joining Darrochs in 1987. Andrew became a shareholder in the company in 1994 and was a senior valuer and the Wellington Valuation Manager before joining Colliers in 2006.
Andrew has 35 years of experience in the property industry; he is experienced in a wide range of valuation and consultancy work focusing on commercial and industrial properties including rental and ground rent reviews as well as presenting evidence at rental dispute arbitrations.
