About Me
Andrea is an experienced Senior Facilities Manager within the Colliers Auckland REMS team.
Andrea oversees, and is responsible for the Facilities/Operations in the Retail portfolio across Auckland. She has over 15 years’ experience within Facilities Management, both here and in the UK.
As well as extensive experience within Retail, Andrea worked within Commercial FM, when she was involved on the Olympic Games Project in London. This current role at Colliers and her previous roles have included Project management, major fit out and defit works, Procurement and Sustainability initiatives.
Andrea is results focused and passionate about ensuring buildings are running at their optimum in terms of safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness. She is goal orientated and enjoys challenges of all sizes, priding herself on the stakeholder relationships she maintains with tenants, landlords and contractors.
Andrea has a particular interest in Health and Safety and obtained a Distinction in her NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) exams in the UK.

Project Managed several large scale pieces of work both here in NZ and in the UK. Projects included replacement of plant (HVAC) through to major office relocations and disposals.
