Our outstanding Office Leasing team scours the market to find the perfect opportunity for you and your business. We know a range of office spaces are available, and as market experts it’s our job to find the perfect solution in a timely manner and at the right price.
A lease means more than simply securing the space where you do business—for most companies, real estate represents the second-largest expense after personnel. Whether your company operates in one location or hundreds, we take the time to understand your concerns for cost, stability and flexibility. We also audit to ensure contracts are properly administered and systematically manage your lease agreements to ensure they support your business strategy.
Wellington Lease Magazine
Colliers is proud to showcase a range of key leasing opportunities currently available throughout Wellington. You can find the latest opportunities in Issue Three of our Lease magazine released in September 2019.
Our expert team of agents would be happy to assist you and your business, whether you are looking to expand your operations, or require a more strategic location.

I joined the Colliers Wellington team in late 2011 and specialise in sales and leasing in areas outside of the Wellington CBD in particular focusing on the Kapiti area where I have lived for the past 20 years.
I come from a strong sales/entrepreneurial background where i owned and worked in the local Honda Car Franchise and Caltex Service Station, previously called Jack Motors (2000) Ltd for 15 years. Under my ownership I took the dealership to number 1 market share for new car sales for several years, before selling the business in 2006.
I have bought a large number of residential properties in the area over the past 25 years and currently own a substantial portfolio with properties located around the country. I believe I have a wealth of knowledge with regards to property in the Kapiti/Horowhenua area and a large client/contact base.
I am well known and highly regarded in the area through my many years in business. I am very passionate about the Kapiti Coast and take a huge interest in the development of the area.

His ability to ascertain exactly what both clients are looking to achieve and what customers are requiring for their business enables him to create exciting opportunities.
“Over the past 36 months Porirua City has changed dramatically. With a growing number of hospitality offerings, diverse businesses in the Mega Centre and offices refurbished to a very high standard, Porirua City now attracts well known retail brands, well known businesses and government departments. This has resulted in positive activity with more purposeful foot traffic”
