I started at Colliers International in 2011 after working with Rugby New Zealand on the Rugby World Cup 2011. Previous to that I worked with the Corporate Services team at the New Zealand Transport Agency where I assisted the Property team with their critical date management, database updates and property related invoice processing.
As part of my role as Director - Operations I am continually evolving processes and systems to optimise Corporate Solutions operational platform. This includes working closely with our development team on the New Zealand Colliers360 Platform, reviewing and streamlining the Corporate Solutions Accounts and Helpdesk processes and carrying out a number of human resources activities.
I have a sound knowledge of database structures and this has enabled me to implement a number of optimisation solutions for Corporate Solutions clients and staff on tools we have available.
I am committed to working on leading edge solutions, innovation and continual improvement of the Corporate Solutions operations for our clients and staff to ensure they have the greatest visibility on their portfolio and add value by maintaining excellent data integrity.
I work at Colliers International looking after the Nationwide Facilities Management portfolio for Accident Compensation Corporation. I started at Colliers International January of 2019 as the Team Leader for the Property Maintenance Helpdesk, after working in that role for just short of 2 years I moved into my current role.
Tasks:
- Supporting the strategic direction of the client property, lease and portfolio management programmes and standards.
- Provide recommendations, with guidance, to my client.
- Provide a high level of personalised and professional customer service to all clients.
- Work with my Client to capture opportunities.
- Ensure the clients' interests are served at all times.
- Ensure all individual KPIs are met.
- Engagement of Suppliers on behalf of the client as required.
- Assist the effective management of service providers and Suppliers involved in delivering property and facilities management services.
- Assist the preparation of documentation, including client reports, approval papers, business cases and operational reviews.

Maneka graduated from Victoria University in 2017 with a conjoint degree in a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Commercial Law and Management and a Bachelor of Tourism Management.
She started her corporate journey in September 2018 as a Corporate Solutions Administrator working as a helpdesk coordinator and a member of the Accounts team. In March 2019 Maneka moved into a permament, full-time position in the Accounts team, assisting with receipting of transactions, processing efiles and batching up payment runs for all clients. In December 2020, Maneka stepped into her current role as Property Hosting Portfolio Manager, providing lease administration, financial reporting, data analysis and IFRS16 reporting services.
Now having worked for Corporate Solutions for nearly five years, Maneka values building strong, open relationships with her clients and ensuring their needs are met to a timely and high standard. Specialising in Portfolio Hosting, her clients are New Zealand Post, Kiwibank Limited, New Zealand Police, New Ground Living and The Warehouse Group.
After graduating from Victoria University of Wellington, I joined Colliers International in September 2018.
Initially starting out on the helpdesk, over the course of the year, I was a a part of the team that oversaw our rapid expansion of the helpdesk, growing our servicing base from four to seven clients.
In early October 2019, I joined the Land Information New Zealand Portfolio as a Property Manager, overseeing a vast range of properties across the North Island.
I have over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, with 18 years spent in the Real Estate sector in the UK and currently 3 years in the Workplace & Facilities Management sector in New Zealand.
I have accumulated a vast knowledge and a hands on experience and approach from working on the property portfolios of primarily public sector clients for my entire career. During this time I have provided property management, facilities management, disposal services and consultancy advice on a wide variety of issues. I have held previous roles as an Associate Director Property Services at DTZ New Zealand with prior employment at Knight Frank, Land Corporation and the Department of Lands and Survey.
I have previously been the Contract Manager for the Land Information New Zealand - Treaty Settlement Landbank portfolio and Project Manager for the Land Information New Zealand nationwide property portfolios and have managed properties for the New Zealand Transport Agency and Ministry of Education where I also managed the nationwide disposal contract.
I have worked in the industry for 20 years and have had previous roles with Mobil Oil New Zealand, ANZ Bank, Wrightson Limited and KiwiRail.
Scott is part of the senior leadership team for the Occupier Services division and manages the Z Energy Non-Fuels Facilities Management contract team, the Land Information New Zeland Facilities Management contract team and the ServiceHub team.
Scott has seventeen years experience working for commercial property firms, corporate tenants and government organisations managing property portfolios and major property projects. Organisations he has worked with include Z Energy, Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), Ministry of Education, Inland Revenue, Vodafone, NZ Post, Kiwibank, NZTA and BNZ. He also spent two years in London working in the property team at BPP University.
I started in the Property Industry in 2017 when I took on a property management role within Corporate Solutions. I stayed in this postion for eight months when the opportuinty for a Residential Property Management role opened in late 2017 when the LINZ residential contract was formed. This position had me managing approximatly 350 houses in the Manawatu/ Wanganui, Wellington and the entire South Island. In July 2019 this area expanded to include the Taranaki district bringing the total number of properties I manage to 400. I have experience in leases and licences but my main area of knowledge is in the Residential sector.
Craig has over 25 years experience in property in both New Zealand and the UK. For the vast majority of his career, he has represented a number of corporate tenants and public sector tenants in pro-active and ongoing management of their property portfolios involving new development agreements, new lease negotiations, rent reviews, restructuring, collating organisational "needs analysis" and solid database management routines. Craig manages a team of property professionals but a strong passion for being involved and wanting to create the best solutions for his clients means he also brings a very "hands on" approach to his work. Various clients have included Ministry of Education, Z Energy, ACC, NZDF, Inland Revenue, Plumbing World, Vodafone, Telecom, Chorus, HSBC (UK), Telereal (UK), Eni-Lasmo (UK) and others.
Stephanie has over 15 years of Property Management experience, working in both the Private and Public Sectors. Stephanie's experience includes working on behalf of Owners, Corporates and Tenants. Stephanie has managed a range of portfolios from Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Residential and Body Corporates.
Andrew currently works on the Land Information New Zealand portfolio as a property manager and operates the Vodafone NZ retail facilities management service. Since graduating Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2014, majoring in Management and Geography he was involved in various professional fields such as international logistics, tertiary tuition and sports management.
Andrew now has five years’ experience with Colliers working on behalf of corporate retail tenants and government property management. Largely focused on property and lease management, Andrew has a great level of experience working on behalf of Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency for four years. This experience has since evolved into managing areas of Land Information New Zealand's property portfolio and looking after the national facilities management of Vodafone NZ's retail sites.
Andrew is enthusiastic about collaborating to create solutions and growing knowledge and experience from resources available within the industry.
Starting with Colliers in early 2016 Camrin has experience in both Property Management and Real Estate Sales. He was a Property Manager in the Wairarapa for two years, assissting with the day to day running of a large residential/lifestyle portfolio. In 2012 Camrin gained a National Certificate in Real Estate, selling properties for the following 4 years.
Camrin began with Colliers on the Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency contract. Managing a wide range of property types spread from East Cape to Invercargill, he dealt with a number of complex matters involving multiple stakeholders. His main focus was on the SH1 Kapiti Expressway, Transmission Gully and Christchurch Southern Motorway projects, where Colliers were to ensure the efficient management of Waka Kotahi's properties and to have them ready for hand over to the various project teams. Camrin is currently managing the Crown Landbank portfolio which includes all properties held for future Treaty Settlement around New Zealand on behalf of Toitu Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand. In addition to this, he is also providing Lease Management services to TAB New Zealand.
