Matt is the Director of Colliers International Valuation and Advisory Services based in Hamilton, covering the wider Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.

With 25 years of experience in the Waikato property sector, Matt's field of expertise includes; commercial, industrial, and specialised assets such as development land, service stations, childcare centres and telecommunication sites. He represents a wide range of clients encompassing private investors, corporate and government entities, along with a wide range of developers.

Matt is married with two teenage children and in his spare time enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and watching cricket and rugby.

Abi joined Colliers International in 2013 and worked as a property manager under the NZTA residential and commercial portfolio. After welcoming a baby boy in 2016, Abi returned to Colliers and joined the Valuation and Advisory Services team as Operations Manager.

Prior to moving to New Zealand, Abi completed a Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology in the UK, and has worked in regional Australia.
