In 1981 Mark joined the family owned company of Brunton Patton. Mark gained wide experience with the company in many aspects of the commercial property industry including property management and pioneering work in property
syndication. The company had a well deserved reputation as a leading player in the Hamilton commercial property market.
Blair is a result-orientated sales and leasing professional with over 20 years’ experience in the commercial and industrial property market within the Waikato area. An honest approach and in-depth knowledge of the market has resulted in hundreds of successful transactions for Blair’s clients over this time. Blair’s expertise is at the heart of his success. He is passionate, takes personal responsibility and always does what’s right for his clients, people, and communities.
Blair joined Colliers in 2019 with 17 years previous agency experience in the Waikato market where he worked as a broker for a large national agency. Prior to that he was a partner in a boutique commercial agency. Blair relishes the opportunity to build on past results and to continue his professional service to all his clients.

Justin joined Colliers in 2011 following a three year stint in London.
As a Senior Broker he specialises in investment sales and leasing covering the office, retail and industrial markets. He has over 15 years of experience in the property sector.
Having previously worked in management roles for ANZ National Bank Limited Justin brings a solid sales and analytical background to his role with Colliers

Prior to his move to Colliers, Alan spent 10 years as a broker with Knight Frank and DTZ, culminating in his position as Commercial Manager at DTZ Hamilton. Alan has been involved in retail acquisition and leasing for Briscoes Group, Supercheap Autos, Foodstuffs, No. 1 Shoes, McDonalds, Fonterra, Big Save Furniture, Bunnings and Mitre 10. Much of Alan’s focus has been around both strategic properties and clients. This has encompassed long term development projects, sourcing the land and obtaining anchor tenant commitments. Alan has also worked closely with a number of institutions and high wealth individuals to effectively and confidentially place or acquire significant property assets.
David recently joined Colliers International in Hamilton after 10 years of involvement in the commercial sales scene in Auckland, most recently a successful 5 year period selling Auckland CBD and suburban commercial property for Barfoot and Thompson Commercial.
David brings with him a passion for commercial sales and the sales process and prides himself on building long term relationships within the sector..
