As Director of Colliers Corporate Solutions in Auckland, Will leads a team of property professionals to manage large property portfolios across New Zealand.
Will’s extensive experience stems from more than a decade in the property sector providing a wide range of property services across all property types. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry and market forces.

In addition to his technical role, Wills role has a strong focus towards business development, specifically, growing the Auckland Corporate Solutions business.
Since Will taking on a business development role for Corporate Solutions in 2014, the business unit has seen significant growth with the Auckland team growing from 4 to 14 property professionals, taking the total number of Corporate Solutions staff nationwide to 50. This growth has resulted in Corporate Solutions being the fastest growing business unit within Colliers since its inception in 2009 and has been recognised by the leading industry bodies with notable awards in recent years for:

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years real estate and telecoms experience obtained within private practice, corporate real estate and public sector environments. His responsibilities have included financial, asset and lease portfolio management; rent review and lease renewal negotiations; risk assessments; the minimisation of rates liabilities; KPI management; portfolio rationalisation; acquisition and disposal; reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
Andrew has a strong focus on portfolio planning and has developed several strategic portfolio plans for clients that ensure that they are positioned for success. He has particular expertise in translating clients’ business plans into property portfolio plans, and he understands that property can be a key element in a client achieving its strategic goals.
My responsibility within Corporate Solutions as a Property Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operation of my clients’ diverse property portfolios, which includes both owned and leased property holdings located across Australasia. My role predominantly involves negotiating new leases, renewals, (variations), rent reviews, in addition to identifying new sites when required whilst liaising with stakeholders to work towards maintaining their property portfolio in accordance with legal requirements, their internal policies and long-term strategies.
I also oversee the facilities management requirements of my clients’ portfolios where we liaise with contractors, suppliers, maintenance departments and/or IT departments, to ensure that all equipment, buildings, chattels and other facilities are functioning in proper order whilst simultaneously ensuring that all Health and Safety protocols/policies procedures are adhered to.
As a Property Manager within the Auckland Corporate Solutions team, Nam oversees her client’s portfolio which includes, retail and commercial office sites across New Zealand. This involves matters such as: new lease negotiations, variations, renewals and rent reviews. Additionally, she has managed seismic improvement projects and asset disposals.
Nam has previously managed a government-client portfolio, which had a diverse class of property assets including:r esidential, commercial and industrial, with experience in property through the life cycle of acquisition, management and disposal.
As a Corporate Workplace Manager in Auckland, Bridgette implements workplace strategy, space allocation and utilisation analysis, change management and project management for one of Corporate Solutions’ largest national clients.
Her experience in her current role, coupled with previous experience in property lease and facilities management, and two degrees in Property and Commerce majoring in Marketing and Innovation and Entrepreneurship, ensures Bridgette has a broad knowledge base to provide professional and effective outcomes consistent with her client’s needs.
Armed with a degree in finance and commercial law from Auckland University of Technology, Jeff has over eight years experience in the Property Industry. Working across all property types providing property and facility management services.
Jeff joined Colliers in 2019 as part of the Corporate Solutions team as Property Manager on The Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) contract. Specialising in lease portfolio management, rent review and lease renewal negotiaions. As well as portfolio planning and strategy, site acquisition and disposal, financial reporting for property capex and opex.
Jeff thrives on the fast paced environment and is not one to shy away from a challenge. He works with confidence and transparency and believes clear communication is fundamental to building strong business relationships.
As part of Colliers Corporate Solutions in Auckland, Tommy specialises in Facilities Management.
Tommy’s extensive experience stems from several years working for New Zealand’s most prestigious tenants, where he has achieved excellent results in the facilities management space.
Currently his main role is to focus on one of Corporate Solutions biggest profiles. For this client his role entails CAPEX planning, asset management, budgeting, process improvement, site make good & supplier management.
