Joakim started as Property manager at Colliers Property Management in 2020. He started his professional career within Real Estate with a bachelor degree in Real Estate, and have worked for DNB and EIE real estate. After a few years as Real Estate agent Joakim moved to Dubai and worked as Property manager in KBS Real Estate.
Joakim moved back to Norway in 2018 and began working as Head of real estate / property manager with a various tasks within the real estate industry such as property management, arbitration, advicor, and project management. This has given Joakim a good network and broad experience within the real estate industry. 

Alexander joined Colliers´s investment team in the autumn of 2019.

He has previous work experience as being;

Head of asset management at Sweden´s largest student loan foundation, working towards private and business clients at multiple SEB offices as well as working as a private investment advisor in Oslo. Experiences from both the buy and sell-side, being able to step into the shoes of investors, which gives him a natural position in Colliers´s investment team as an analyst. 

Adding to that, Alexander has been active in Sweden´s largest Startup hub; IDEON in Lund, working hands-on with the interdisciplinary are of tech and finance, which will strengthens Colliers´s step into the new digital era.

Christine started working for Colliers Råd & Bokføring AS in 1997. She is an authorized accountant and works with accounting, payroll and preparation of annual accounts for self-employed, responsible companies and limited liability companies within several different industries.
