Håvard A. Nustad started at Colliers in November 2022 as CEO, Norway.
He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2010 and has been CEO Norway & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.
Håvard has extensive knowledge about the Norwegian and Nordic property market, having acted both as advisor and as corporate investor (Steen & Strøm) for close to 20 years, and has initiated and worked on some of the largest real estate transactions in Norway. Project Manager and Head of Acquisitions in ABB Norsk Kabel, Vice President Corporate Finance at Orkla Finans (Fondsmegling), Executive Vice President in Steen & Strøm, as Managing Partner of DTZ in Norway.
