Harold Coenders is Chief Strategy Officer of Occupier Services Netherlands.  Harold is corporate antropologist and thought leader on developing innovative real estate strategies that answer the challanges of these times. Connection consumer trends, end user insights ans social changes into new real estate solutions with impact on  productivity, well being and profit. He is an expert in developing strategic real estate solutions and innovative hybrid workconcepts  linked to the productivity of the workforce and in organisational cultural change programs. He is an expert in developing strategic real estate solutions that connect the traditionally separate real estate categories of working, living and recreation. He is also one of the thought leaders in the field of innovative hybrid work concepts.  Harold has published regularly on global trends in offices.

Broad experience as consultant, manager, director and entrepreneur within the fields of facility & workplace management, real estate, strategy, business development and innovation. 

As Head of Facility Management Consultancy (part of Occupier Services) I advise clients on their strategic Facility Management challenges, lead the consultancy team, undertake business development activities and I strengthen the thought leadership of Colliers in the field of facility management. We offer services like strategy, service design, sourcing, performance and research.

I joined Colliers' Design & Development team in May 2021 . In my role I will be focussed to deliver with our Colliers Design & Development team, the most productive, sustainable and attractive working environments for our future clients. Prior to working at Colliers, I worked for the Dutch branch of JLL/ Tétris.

After graduation from the Technical University in Eindhoven (Architecture, research and urban development) I specialized in Design Management via a Post master education programme. Worked for over 9 years at Brink Management and Advisory as a manager for complex construction projects. As a partner I have worked at Hollandse Nieuwe (interior design studio) to develop a high design standard and emphazised on empowering the designers. In december of 2021 I started at Colliers of Head of Design.
