Op vroege leeftijd ben ik gestart als verkoopster in een buurtwinkel genaamd, Kaasboerderij de
Lange Hoeve, waar ik 10 jaar gewerkt heb. Hier heb ik administratieve taken uitgevoerd en mocht ik
mijzelf representatief opstellen door excursies en partijen te organiseren.

Voor mijn HBO-stage heb ik bij het schoonmaakbedrijf CSU in het Eftelinghotel ervaring opgedaan als leidinggevende. Na mijn stageperiode heb ik hier zeven maanden in de weekenden als leidinggevende gewerkt door een team
van 15 schoonmakers aan te sturen.

Na mijn afstuderen in het jaar 2018 ben ik begonnen  aan de fulltime functie Operational Manager op de klantenservice bij Etrias. Mijn taken waren onder andere: het oplossen van klachten voor klanten, het beheren van de website en het contact
onderhouden met leveranciers en magazijn. 

In november 2019 ben ik gestart als Team Assitent  bij het Asset Services Offices  team waarbij ik de technische en de commerciële zaken ondersteun in de portefeilles van Garbe, aik en Van der Vorm. 

I started as a research consultant at Colliers in 2019. The research team is focused on the internal support of the various business lines in order to let them function as well as possible. In addition, we focus on external publications. With the pulbications we try to increase our brand awareness in the Netherlands and to be the expert on the future of real estate. 

Before Colliers I worked at The Class of 2020, the leading thinktank on student living in Europe, where I headed the research department.  Before that, I worked as a researcher at Savills, and before that at the real estate department of the Radboud University as a policy advisor.

In September 2019 I joined Colliers as an intern in the Agency department and after that I also did my graduation internship at Colliers, but then in the Valuation & Advisory Services department. After successfully completing and defending my research thesis "what is the impact of investments in solar panels on the market value of industrial and logistics real estate?" I started working at Colliers in March 2021 as a 'Junior Valuer'. From the regional office in Eindhoven I perform valuations of, among other things, business premises, offices, shops, homes and social real estate for various purposes.

Kim started working at Colliers as Team Assistant Agency from October 2018 until December 2020.

From January 2021  she's working as Client Services Coordinator.
