Unifore Real Estate has sold its six shops in furniture mall WOOON in Leiderdorp to Meerdervoort. The stores are approximately 14,000 sqm.
The six stores are part of the larger retail park, consisting of 30 residential stores of 40,000 sqm in total. It’s located along the A4 motorway. The stores sold by Unifore are fully let to six large retailers. The selling price was € 5.5 million.
