Gouda welcomes restautant 't Zusje

restaurant 't Zusje
Restaurant chain 't Zusje opened a new location in Gouda on July 2nd. They take the place of La Place at Markt 37-39. The space is 710 sq.

In 2009, 't Zusje was created, the second catering facility of founder and formula owner Peter Smits. Due to the success of the tapas concept, there was a rapid expansion. The formula now has 31 franchise companies, including in Eindhoven, Nijmegen and Rotterdam. The building in the center of Gouda will house the 31st restaurant. It is located next to tourist attractions such as the cheese fair, the old town hall and the antique market.

Wiert Jan Siefkes, Associate Director Food & Beverage at Colliers says: “After the departure of La Place, owner Garbe has a more than worthy successor. ’t Zusje is an innovative concept for Gouda and a nice addition to the current catering offer.”

"We offer our guests an evening out, as we like to see it ourselves. The beautiful location on the historic market in Gouda fits perfectly with the characteristic atmosphere that characterizes 't Zusje." said Peter Smith.

Colliers advised landlord Garbe. Adhoc horecamakelaars acted on behalf of 't Zusje.
