This month Bas Ambachtsheer (48) started as Chief Technology Officer at real estate advisor Colliers. In this role, he is responsible for the further digitization of the company, product development in the field of smart buildings and well-being and the optimization of real estate management processes. Bas joins the Colliers board.
Bas has more than twenty years experience at tech companies that work on sustainable solutions. He was director at Croonwolter&Dros for three years. Before that, Bas was the CEO of innovative sun shading specialist Verosol and general manager of Cofely (ENGIE), where he was responsible for, among other things, making commercial real estate more sustainable and building, financing and managing thermal storage systems.
