About Me
I have been working at Colliers since the summer of 2013, where i started as a senior valuer and progressed to director. As a director i'm with Jeroen Bom ( board member) responsible for the valuation department.
After my graduation I have worked in the areas Almere, West-Betuwe, Utrecht and Zeist, where i had my own office.
With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus on brokerage, valuations, I am currently based in Amsterdam at the department of valuation of this company.
Valuations of several residential, office and industrial portfolios for (inter)national clients. Expert valuations concerning market rent adjustments and sale purposes. Advisory on ground lease agreements and redevelopment projects.
