Sevil Koçak

Transitioning into the valuations department in April 2014 after having worked as a secretary in the agency department for over 16 years,  I currently hold the position of Junior Valuer.  I combine a strong sense of service with a hands on mentality. Currently I coordinate the quarterly appraisals for the commercial part of the Altera Vastgoed N.V.  (mixed)  portfolio and the quarterly appraisals of commercial properties for Syntrus Achmea Vastgoed (mainly retail). My strength lies in paving the way for the appraiser .

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

I joined Colliers Amsterdam in October 1998 when it was still called Boer Hartog Hooft as the team assistant for Agency. I joined the Valuations department in 2014. Prior to joining the company, I worked in the Radisson SAS hotel in the city centre of Amsterdam after receiving my Bachelor degree in Hotel Administration from the Hotelschool The Hague.

Colliers Valuations B.V. - Started as an associate in the Valuations department in April 2014. Became junior valuer in 2022.
Colliers International Real Estate B.V. - Started in real estate in 1998 as the team assistant for Agency.
Radisson SAS Hotel Amsterdam – Worked as a night auditor and receptionist in this 5-star city centre hotel from 1995 to 1998.
Kapsalon Cumali Koçak – Worked as a hair dresser in my parents’ hair salon from 1987 to 1990.

I am the go-to person in my team for any questions relating to a variety of software applications.

Some of my proudest moments are the performances of the musicals by the students of the Jac. P. Thijsse secondary school that I co-directed.
