René Talboo

Director Social Real Estate

Within Colliers I am jointly responsible for the social real estate department. I have fifteen years of experience as a real estate advisor in the social sector, especially in care. I advise healthcare institutions on, among other things, vision issues, strategy, (financial) feasibility and cooperation. In the Netherlands, we face a number of challenges when it comes to the future of healthcare and real estate. Being part of beautiful, creative and renewed ideas that contribute to the solution gives me energy.

My ambition and focus within Colliers is on connecting and collaborating between different departments, generating enthusiasm for healthcare (real estate) and further strengthening the team.
