About Me
René started as Property Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle in Rotterdam after which he acted as Account Manager for 2 years also for JLL. In 2003 he became Project Manager at Ingenieursbureau Oranjewoud where he was responsible for acquisition and realisation of projects. In 2005 he started as Asset Manager for Euro American Investors in The Hague and in 2007 he started Urban Properties, an independent asset- and property management firm that specialises in the profitable operation of the management of portfolios. Since May 2013 they merged with Colliers International.
I am an asset- and property manager for Credit Suisse Asset Management of a portfolio of aproximately EUR 700 million of Real Estate. For the last five years our performance constantly ranked in the top 3 of the 19 asset- and property managers of Credit Suisse Asset Management in Europe.
