As Head of Contract Management I am direct responsible for our team of Contract Managers at our office located at 's-Hertogenbosch.

Contract Management is a discussion partner / sounding board for colleagues and clients relating contractual matters, especially in the field of tenancy law. We see it as our duty to take initiative and we will proactively give advise. This means we play an active role in the hiring process and we will (in)directly intervene to ensure agreements stay within the boundaries of the law.

In addition, we develop legally correct (amendments to) contracts regarding the rental of shops, offices, residences and parking spaces. The associated (administrative) activities will be handled in accordance with ISAE 3402 guidelines.

We have extensive experience in the field of screening existing contract portfolios as well as due diligence investigations.

Realizing a proactive department with high quality standards, acknowledged by both colleagues and clients. Our department is unique compared to our competitors. With our high quality standards and due diligence, we have earned several new (management) contracts.

I was responsible for developing the leasing process (regarding Colliers Property Management) according to the ISAE guidelines. Within this role, I have created consistent working methods both for our department and direct colleagues, which structurally results in yearly achieving the ISAE certificate.

I have also created several multi-disciplinary management tools.
