I am responsible for the entire 360 degree recruitment process for different departments of the organization. From drafting vacancies and determining the best recruitment channels to conducting selection interviews and the offers.

In october i've  started working as a Talent and Development Consultant at Colliers.  My main responsibility is the coordination of all talent acquisition related projects such as the sourcing, hiring and onboarding of new employees. This includes campus recruitment and optimizing the candidate experience. 

Before I joined Colliers I gained experience as a Headhunter and Recruitment Manager.
